From July 2023 Employers in the European Union who have over 250 employees are required to adhere to the EU Whistleblower Directive, which ensures the safeguarding of individuals reporting violations of Union law.
Moreover, organizations with 50 to 249 employees must also comply with this directive by the conclusion of 2023. It is important to note that certain EU member states have already implemented these regulations.
